“We ordered from Zaks Platter and had a fantastic experience. The food was really tasty, fresh, and well prepared. The staff were lovely throughout, and the lady who took our order over the phone was especially helpful. She spoke clearly, recommended a few items for us to try, and was very knowledgeable about the menu. When we arrived to collect our order, she was just as polite and welcoming in person. We ordered two munch boxes, and they were absolutely huge! There were three of us eating, and we still couldn't finish them. The portion sizes were incredibly generous and offered excellent value for money. The prices were fantastic, and considering the quality and quantity of food we received, it was outstanding value. Great service, delicious food, and generous portions. We'll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend Zaks Platter to anyone looking for a quality meal at a reasonable price.”

“Good food great prices. Service can be slow when it is busy but that is expected. Usually get the saucy box for £7.49 or a rice box. Very tasty and very generous portions and they had JJ da Lion come over for a food challenge, you can watch it on Insta or YouTube. Overall 9/10.”

I’m not sure about some of the negative reviews here because the quality is good, was ready in 10mins, different flavours, value for money and good service. People will pay £15+ at other places and for the same or less food. Throughly enjoyed the saucy munch box and will be back soon”

“Amazing experience! The staff were fantastic—especially Zuber, who was incredibly kind and helpful. There was a technical issue at the shop, but he personally delivered my order to my address, which I really appreciated. The food was amazing quality and tasted great. I will definitely be ordering again!”
