“I called on Tuesday and was informed that, due to staff shortages, orders were not being accepted. I then called again on Saturday and was told that the internet was down. Unfortunately, there always seems to be an excuse whenever we try to place an order with this store. I am very disappointed with the level of service. I do not understand why the store continues to offer ordering options through Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Uber Eats if they are unable to accommodate customer orders consistently.”

“East Park Chippy is a legendary takeaway in Leicester, with owners changing and standards going up and down across the past decade. But I just had a crazy experience 2 times in a row! This place is *not* a hit or miss anymore. The chips are renowned in Leicester, but I did not know the southern fried chicken or the donner was better than the shops I normally go to! 😮 To top it all off, everything was fresh, no smell and no bad stomach (which I usually expect from takeaway as I have a sensitive stomach). The staff and the manager are really nice people. Would definitely recommend, and it is very good value for money.”
