  “Order from here regularly and always get the same thing, it’s our local. Last 2 times we ordered it came with no salad or bread despite being part of the meal. The first time we decided to just go with it, the second time I called to say there was no salad or bread despite being advertised with all kebabs. They said it didn’t come through with those things ticked but when ordering direct through their website there’s no option to do this, just says it’s included and can only add sauce or drink. They explained they could send some but it would take a while and didn’t acknowledge there is clearly as issue with their website. We decided not to have it sent as it would take too long and no partial refund was offered. Shame as we like to support the local and food is good but will not be re - ordering. They have also reduced the free sauces to just one when it used to be 2 but this IS clearly advertised, but no salad or bread when this is what you’re paying for is unacceptable.”

  “Had dinner here last night and it was amazing! 😋 The biryani was bursting with flavour and the service was super friendly. The place was clean and nicely decorated too. Totally worth the visit!”

  “Absolutely delightful experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I tried the grilled salmon with lemon butter sauce, and it was cooked to perfection — tender and juicy inside with a crisp sear on the outside. The side of garlic mashed potatoes was creamy and full of flavor. Service was friendly, and the ambiance made everything even more enjoyable. Definitely coming back!"”

  “Disappointing experience. I had high expectations after reading the reviews, but the food was underwhelming. The steak was overcooked and chewy, and the fries were soggy instead of crispy. The waiter seemed rushed and not very attentive. For the price, I expected better quality.”

  “Order family special 1 as my usual. The Bodrum Barbeque is no longer the one I know. The food taste is full of Indian spices so this is no longer Turkish food. On the website it’s not mentioned that the food it’s now spicy. The portions has been changed, half of what it was. The lamb Adana looked out of date, so I had to put it in the bin to avoid any food poisoning. Really disappointing. After placing the order received the confirmation email which I noted a new name of the company - Bodrum Turkish barbeque Periperi Ltd.”

  “I was reluctant to order when I have seen the management has changed, but thought to give them a chance… it won’t happen again Spent 45 minutes for a large donner kebab, a medium margherita and some chips, totalling £18. When I arrived home I was so angry that everything ended in the bin. The pizza was brown, dry and hard, the kebab small, just few bites, and spicy??? The meat was spicy. I will never return. Nothing to what used to be couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately is not a 0 star review, otherwise I would have given that.”

  “OMG!!!! One of the best Turkish I have ever had. I used to love Istanbul they taste so good but they do get a little too burnt and dry. I through Istanbul was the best until I tried this one. Same amazing taste but the meats are succulent, specially the chicken thighs they were so juicy. We ordered the £35 deal which comes with everything and everything taste so good, even the bread! I want to order again and again and again haha... it is quite rare for me to praise about a place, so this is one social place. Good job 👏 no wonder the rating is 4.8, as I was a little skeptical when I saw 4.8 on google when reading the reviews before I ordered, and now I understand :)”
