“Amazing place, 4th time ordering. Super Tasty, super affordable compared to any other Chinese nearby. For the quality of the food the price should be higher but they made it affordable. Well played! Had a slight hiccup but they fixed the issue immediately and offered a complimentary voucher. I would highly recommend Good Choi.”

“I placed an order with Good Choi through Just Eat and used a valid StampCard reward discount that I had earned after placing five previous larger orders with them. After the order was placed, the restaurant rang me directly and said they were refusing the order because my discount was “too much”. They did not seem to consider that this discount had been earned through repeat custom and previous spending. I was then put in the position of either paying the discount amount myself or losing the order. In my view, this completely undermines the purpose of a loyalty reward scheme. Customers are encouraged to keep ordering to build up rewards, but when I actually used the reward I had earned, the restaurant refused to honour it. This was very poor customer service and felt like the restaurant was happy to take repeated orders to build the StampCard, but not willing to accept the reward when it benefited the customer. It gives the impression of a money-first attitude rather than valuing loyal customers. I would not recommend ordering from Good Choi unless they are prepared to honour valid Just Eat discounts and treat regular customers fairly.”

“Food is delicious here 😋, always my go to for about 1yr and abit now, it's always piping hot on delivery and taste very amazing, I have been inside to order aswell and is clean and tidy to, with very friendly staff, as for the food Rice is fluffy and the spare ribs meat just fall off the bone 😋( i always get these) & they're the same everytime , the curry's are sensational aswell 👌”
