Maja was the young lady serving us who is incredibly warm and hardworking. She had been making sure we were well taken care of with a constant smile.   “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a lovely experience at Bella Italia and I just wanted to give a special mention to Charmaine , who was an amazing waitress. She was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked in on us regularly, and really made the whole experience feel enjoyable and relaxed. The food was great, but Charmaine excellent customer service definitely stood out and made our visit even better. She was professional, polite, and had such a positive attitude. Thank you, Charmaine, we’ll definitely be coming back! 😊”

  “We just wrapped up family dinner at Bella Italia, and I’ve got some thoughts. ​Honestly, the staff completely stole the show. They were incredibly friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good time. Plus, if you have children, their kids' menu is fantastic and has great options. ​As for the food, it was mostly amazing. The starters were delicious, the calzone was cooked beautifully, and the passionfruit drinks were spot on. Even the desserts, ice cream topped with Oreos and Smarties, were a massive hit. ​The only downside for us came down to personal taste. We really don't like caramelized onions, and unfortunately, the sweet sauce on the pizza totally ruined the flavor for us. It was just way too sweet. ​The takeaway? Everything else was excellent. Next time, we'll just ask them to skip the sweet sauce and stick to a traditional savory base!”

  “We normally book Bella Italia, but on this occasion we dropped in on the off chance & we were greeted with friendly smiling staff, we were seated in a booth, which is more private than a normal table & our server was Tyler, he again is very friendly & chatty. Me & my husband both ordered a light option of pizza & salad, I’m a bit fussy & always ask for lettuce, cucumber & tomatoes & I added ceasar dressing, which is never too much trouble for them, the food arrived hot & was delicious. Thank you Tyler, you as well as all the other staff at Leicester Meridian are all great.”

  “We had originally entered another pizza restaurant near by, but found it grubby and too hectic. So walked over to Bella Italia and it was just so welcoming and calm. Our lovely waiter was Tyler who was friendly and polite. My Husband has a nut allergy, so this was taken into account and food prepped accordingly. Food arrival was swift and we were checked up to see if everything was ok half way through. Highly recommend this restaurant. 🥰”

  “Went here yesterday after a spa day with my friend, I have to say the food the service and the vibe was brilliant, we had a really nice time, Emily the waitress is very friendly and professional, in fact all the staff that we encountered were lovely, we also got 25% off our meal!!!! Happy days.”

  “It was absolutely phenomenal. I went with my two friends for one of their birthdays and we were treated so amazing when we got there. They were patient with the fact that we didn’t know what we wanted to order yet. Our waitresses name was Ella and she was so lovely. when our friend went to the toilet We let her know that it was her birthday and she told us that she would make it special for her which she absolutely did. We got our food and it was delicious. We all loved what we got and then we got our plates cleared and that’s when there was a bit of a mishap, I think another waiter had accidentally brought over a brownie that was supposed to have a candle on it but he didn’t have one so we got that for free and we ate that and then a few minutes later our waitress Ella came over with a big ice cream for my friend with a sparkle candle in it and sang happy birthday for her. It was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t ask for anything better .definitely recommend ,thank you very much.”

  “We went for coffee after the movie. It was a nice, quiet, and very clean restaurant. Very decent prices for the location, with lots of choices on the menu. As I went with a wheelchair user, it was easy to get in and out. The waitress on duty was very lovely 🥰 she came straight to the front door to help us open it wide when she saw us. There is an outdoor area with lovely tables and chairs, great for sunny days. Plenty of free parking spaces, including disabled parking spaces.”

  “We had a lovely experience at Bella Italia. The atmosphere was nice and cosy, and the staff were polite, professional, and welcoming—especially Ella, who served us and was fantastic. Our food was served quickly and presented nicely. Although the portions looked small at first, they were surprisingly filling and absolutely delicious. The kids’ portions were generous, and the scoop of ice cream was the perfect finishing touch to the children’s meals. We’ll definitely be back!”
