  “Absolutely disgusting! Food was bad and the attitude of the ladies working there was even worse. Ordered special chat, the potatoes and chickpeas were not cooked at all. The paneer sandwich was disgusting, hard and chewy bits of green leaf we had to spit out But worse than that was the 2 ladies working there were throwing food, tissues and receipts on the floor behind the counter. They then knocked down the plastic cup lids. One lady walked over them. A few mins later they were picked up the dirty floor full of rubbish and put back on the counter. Will never go back Not recommended!!”

  “recently had a vegetarian meal and was very impressed with the quality and taste. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety of vegetables and ingredients, all cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. The portion size was generous, and the dishes were both healthy and satisfying. It was a wonderful dining experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious vegetarian food.”

  “Amazing , great and fresh food. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal , we ordered chilli paneer wraps and noodle wraps with jetty fried rice and a tokri special chaat. The special chaat was crispy and well balanced flavour , great peppery flavor of the fried rice and noodle wraps and the paneer wraps had a really crunchy paneer.”

  “We came from London to Leicester with friends for a temple visit. Before going, we saw good reviews about this chat place and heard they had a buffet, so we decided to try it. There were different items available that day like paneer ,noodles, chaat, and mango lassi,pav. Unfortunately, the Noodles had a bad smell. When we informed the staff, they said it was just a garlic smell and told us that everyone else was eating it without any issue. After a few minutes, even the table behind us complained about the same problem. We paid for 2 plates and one more we took after that staff came 3-4 times to tell about payment .but they least bothered about the food complaint . The response from the staff was very irresponsible, and the food quality was definitely not good. Also, when you advertise a buffet, the food items should be refilled properly. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for refills. Other than that, the place was okay, but the customer service was very disappointing. U can see”

  “Had a really good experience at Chatwala. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with stylish decor that makes it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The staff were friendly, attentive and provided excellent service throughout the visit without being overbearing. The food was fresh, full of flavour and clearly prepared with care. Everything we ordered arrived well presented and tasted authentic and high quality. It was great to see generous portions and a good variety on the menu as well. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out and made the whole meal enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic place for both casual meals and special occasions. Great food, great service and a really nice setting. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality food and a pleasant dining experience”
