  “I regularly come for lunch with a friend. Your staff are always welcoming. We were served promptly today by Danielle. Our order for drinks and food was taken and we were served promptly. Danielle always checks if we have any allergies and notes them. I am pleased to say my lunch was served with an allergy check tag and was delicious in both look and taste. We had a very pleasant couple of hours and then the lovely lady behind the bar promptly sorted our bill. I am glad to say that we will be returning. Overall we had great service and great food served by wonderful staff.”

  “Called in for food today, had the 2 course for £12.49 deal. Excellent value,large portions and great service. Zoe recognised we were from Wales when we walked in and made us feel very welcome. Three of us ate there today amd we chose the,burger, the fish and the gammon with chocolate fudge cake and apple crumble as our desserts. Food was excellent, it came quickly, it was fresh,hot and very tasty. Zoe was attentive,helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend the Heathley Park for quality, value and great service.”

  “Ordered 4 vegetarian burgers and they were delivered very quickly. My families reviews of them ranged good to the best burger I've ever had. I was personally a good. I found there to be too much sauce which was ok at best but other than that it was really good.”

  “Angelika was an amazing waiter throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Her service was quick and professional, and she always checked in to make sure everything was okay without being intrusive. She had a great attitude and helped create a really enjoyable atmosphere. The food was great, but Angelika’s excellent customer service made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “I recently had a meal at the Pub & Grill within the Leicester Central Premier Inn, and I felt compelled to leave a review following the outstanding service I received. I was served by Jo, who was absolute credit to the team. Despite mentioning that the restaurant was two members of staff down for the shift, Jo was incredibly prompt, efficient, and quick. You could clearly see how hard the team was working, yet the quality of the food and the speed of service never wavered. It is rare to see such a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure. Jo’s hard work is to be commended, and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone staying in the area. 5/5 Stars – Excellent service and a great meal.”

  “Went out in the afternoon decided to stop for coffee and something to eat. The service was lovely food was fresh and hot. The girls that served us were very pleasant. Dressed very smart and looked very professional. The place was very clean i was very impressed and will be returning. Nice place very nice atmosphere. Well done Nikki and Rihanna at the bar. Carry on you are both doing a great job. Nice to see the Boss helping out as well.”

  “We have been hosting our BNI meetings at Heathley Park now for around 4 months and we couldn't be happier! Tim and his team are fantastic hosts, nothing is ever too much trouble, a big shout out to Ruth who is always a pleasure to deal with. As a large business group we are catered for each week, the food is fantastic, with a varied buffet covering everyone's requirements! Keep up the good work :)”

  “Came yesterday afternoon for some lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our meals especially as they were majority from the starter menu and it was no problem to have them as main meals and they were all delicious! Generous portions, packed full with flavour. Will definitely be back.”

  “It's been a while since we last visited Heathley Park and were pleasantly surprised that the menu had improved from our last visit. Our meals were tasty and plentiful at a reasonable price. Our waitress was Tavienne(?) who was attentive and had good knowledge of the menu. The atmosphere was nice...not noisy but it was quite early on in the evening. I'm sure we will return.”

  “The food is delicious and well presented. The menu is a lot better than what you normally get in most pubs, the dishes offering diverse choices to suit different tastes and dietary needs. I have been served by Jo and Scott, both of them are very nice and attentive.”
