Customer Review Summary
Diners most often single out the duck, whether the leg of duck, duck in plum sauce or the leg and chorizo cassoulet, with the pistachio soufflé close behind and the crème brûlée also named. Reviewers also mention the courgette and garlic soup, trout with horseradish, spring vegetable risotto, dauphinoise potatoes, escargot and the Mexican Mule. Servers draw repeated praise for being informative about the menu and attentive, and one reviewer describes a party of seven receiving every dish at the same time. Several describe the old mill setting as warm, with one liking the dim industrial look. The recurring drawback is noise and attention: one reviewer says it gets noisy when very busy because of the low ceiling, and another finds it can be difficult to catch the staff's attention at peak times, though both call it minor. Happy hour 2 for 1 drinks and a loyalty app that gives freebies are mentioned as good value, and one Sunday roast diner had extra gravy brought over without asking.

“If Google allowed six stars, Brasserie Blanc Leeds would easily earn it. The venue beautifully blends historic charm with modern style, creating a great atmosphere. Food and drinks were superb across the board, and every dish arrived simultaneously—no small feat for a party of seven. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the incredible team. Our server memorized our entire order without writing a single note, completely flooring my daughter, who works in hospitality. The staff made us feel instantly welcome with engaging local history, impressive knowledge of the company's other locations, and a genuinely warm, witty sense of humor. Brasserie Blanc Leeds is officially at the top of our "must-visit" list every time we come up North to visit our daughter at uni.”

“Went for a Sunday roast and the food was 10/10. The staff could not have been more attentive, even brought over extra gravy without being asked. Was served by DJ who was just amazing. Excellent will be returning 💕”

“A totally amazing time for the group of us who went along to Brasserie Blanc in Leeds yesterday for a big birthday celebration. Our server/host DJ was fantastic and really went out of his way to make sure we all had a good time. The food was extremely good and well presented as well as great value and everyone enjoyed the general ambience of the restaurant. A lovely afternoon.”

“One of my favourite restaurants in Leeds, have been about 4/5 times (twice for a birthday) and every time it has been fantastic. The duck is excellent and the pistachio soufflé is delicious. The atmosphere is always nice too. They also have a loyalty app which is great for getting freebies throughout the year! I’d say the only very minor negative is that when it is very busy it can sometimes be difficult to catch the staff’s attention, but this is very minor. Overall a fab restaurant for a lovely meal in Leeds!”

“This has got to be one of the nicest meals i have had in leeds for a while. We managed to get a table for 2 on an early Saturday evening. Staff were very pleasant and quick to point us to any specials on the menu. The cocktails were surprisingly good, better than some on Greek Street. For starter I had the Trout with fresh horseradish, wow amazing melted in my mouth such great flavours. My daughter had the beetroot terrene very nice too. For main i had the duck in plum sauce very tasty and duck could well. The dauphinoise potatoes were perfect lovely and crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. My daughter had the pork and she enjoyed that also. I saw a table next to us recieve 2 deserts and they looked good so I had to try it. What a good choice again not an easy desert to make but it was spot on and the homemade ice cream very nice. Pistachio souffle with a chocolate ice cream. Will definitely be visiting with the rest of the family, I should also say very well priced to and in a nice location. Inside you can here yourselves speak not load which is also nice when dining.”
