  “We spent £50 per person for a bottomless brunch and did not enjoy at all, the drink choices were disgusting and did not like any of them, when we booked we thought cocktails and all other choices were included but when we got there we saw choices and thought we would the drinks what they had and did not like them. We left earlier than we paid for and I think we should of been given a discount as I told a staff member I didn’t like the drinks but they overcharged us I think anyways, not worth going for a brunch if you like normal cocktails!”

  “Booked a bottomless brunch for 5 to celebrate an engagement. Drinks were very watered down and just tasted of juice. We saw the peach margarita being poured from a 5 litre pre mix bottle, prosecco was a warm bottle of Asti Spumante. We got our prosecco but I had to go to the bar and ask for ice and some syrup as it was warm and tasted awful. When I asked for less coke in my rum I was told that could not be done for legal reasons?? The rum could not be tasted. The barman gave us some grenadine to add to it. We ordered our last drink well before the end of our time slot, but the wrong drinks were sent. When I said the drinks were wrong I was told “sorry but it’s the end of your time and I can’t bring anymore drink to your table” The manager did sort this for us when I explained why I wanted the service charge of £32 removing from our bill. I’ve never left a bottomless brunch more sober than when I arrived! £45 each was a rip off, we definitely won’t be rebooking”

  “Ava was our service and was super friendly and very fast taking drink and food orders. She was always there asking if we would like another drink before we finished our first. Just what a bottomless brunch should be. Couldn’t not have asked for a better service from Ava she went above and beyond”

  “Bo served us for bottomless brunch and she was amazing. We all agreed one of the best bottomless brunches we’ve done. She was so attentive and drinks and food always arrived quickly. We were a big party for a hen do and had a fab time. Thank you! X”

  “Great value food and excellent service. We went for a complimentary Birthday bottomless experience on a Thursday night and it wasn’t very busy. This suits us as we don’t like it too loud when we are talking and eating. Our server, Emilia, was fantastic. She was very attentive and we were always stocked up with bottomless drinks. She even went the extra mile and gave us some complimentary shots at the end of our 90 minutes which she guessed would be our favourites from things we had said to her. We will definitely be back for my Birthday celebration.”

  “well worth it very quiet as it’s the day before New Year’s Eve but worth every penny. the steak was 10/10 none stop service from Emilia thank you very much, definitely going to try the bottomless Sunday roast next. maybe up the price and turn it into 2 hours as there’s only afew in town that offer 2 hours bottomless now and that extra half hour is more tempting. thank you will definitely be back ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐”

  “I booked a bottomless brunch for my birthday with two friends and was really looking forward to it, but it was abit of a disappointment. Due to a cancelled taxi, my friends were delayed, which I called ahead to explain and accepted that a later start couldn’t be accommodated which was absolutely fine. I arrived at 3:55pm and was seated, yet no one approached me until 4:15. When a server finally came over, the interaction was abrupt and unwelcoming, and I was told we were losing time from the 90-minute slot despite me not having been given the chance to order. My order was taken then, and I received my first drink at 4:20. My friends arrived shortly after. We were later told that staff are instructed not to approach a reserved bottomless brunch table if only one guest has arrived, which explains why I was ignored for the first 15 minutes of the paid experience. This feels completely unreasonable and unfair, especially when I was clearly trying to get the server’s attention to order a drink. Given the shortened experience and poor service, we didn’t feel an additional discretionary service charge was justified. Asking for it to be removed felt awkward and hostile, with the server insisting we provide a reason as apparently the manager needs one in order to remove the discretionary service charge. While the DJ and atmosphere were decent, there are far better bottomless brunches in Leeds that offer much better service.”

  “An immense brunch experience, faultless from start to finish. Drinks were never empty and left wanting to come back asap! Phoebe was a wonderful server and the food was faultless. By far the best bottomless in Leeds !”
