  “Would have left a very positive review .. if we’d been granted a table… 100 covers free mid afternoon and 1 hr later. Seems we were too old for ‘the vibe’. Hey guys we were doing Headingley when Rudy’s was a twinkle in someone’s eyes. Still, we had a great meal next door. Next time perhaps?”

  “We had a great experience at Rudy's in Headingley celebrating our son's graduation. We went early evening after staff had managed to bring our booking forwards. The food was amazing as were the staff. Service was very prompt and attentive. We had our small rescue dog with us as the restaurant is dog friendly both inside and outside. We chose to eat outside as the weather was lovely. She loved all of the attention and was very relaxed throughout the meal. We can't thank tgem enough for a great end to a very special day. We'll definitely be back!”

  “I popped in for a bite and was blown away by the service—Jacob was just amazing! He introduced himself and really made sure I was enjoying my meal, checking in on me and sharing dessert options. The food was top-notch, everything from the Carni to the Portobello was on point. The overall vibe was perfect, and I couldn't fault a thing. Definitely coming back for more!”

  “Delicious pizza, straight from the oven! When I see a proper pizza oven, I'm sold. Such a nice pizza and I had the basic Margherita pizza, which is just delicious as it is. Pure ingredients, easy but very delicious when made with proper dough.”

  “Was served by Carla. She was absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming and kind. I met my online friend for the first time at Rudys and it was a lovely atmosphere. It was warm and cosy, we sat outside enjoyed our food and people watched which was nice. When the heat started to settle and the cold rolled in Carla kindly enough moved us to a table so that we were under the hanging lamp. My experience and the Pizza was excellent. I ordered the Salame and I had a spritz ( I can't remember the specific name). The Portion sizes and perfect, the pizza comes bigger than the plate its served on! Had to take home my leftovers”

  “Ellie was so genuinely friendly and welcoming. She came over promptly to take both our drinks and food order even though they were very busy. The food came out quickly and was delicious especially for the affordable price compared to many other similar places. She asked if everything was ok with the meal and after we had finished the plates were cleared quickly so we could have pudding, which was also delicious. They also don’t add a service charge but they definitely deserved the optional tip we gave. It makes such a difference when the staff are helpful and friendly, will definitely be going back.”

  “Somewhat edible at best. If you're after a Neapolitan-style pizza, this isn’t the place, especially if you're used to the pizzas in Italy and France. I made the mistake of ordering from here, thinking it would be at least somewhat similar to the pizzas in France and Italy. Oh boy, was I in for a disappointment. The sauce was bland, and the mushrooms were equally tasteless. Luckily, I had ordered a spicy honey sauce, which added a hint of flavour to my pizza. I also noticed they hardly used any tomato base. If it weren’t for the bland mushrooms, I’d say this place is only just satisfactory. But then again, it’s not great; it’s average at best. On the bright side, they completed the order very quickly. Also my quelms can easily be fixed, adding more herbs to the sauce for example would be an easy fix. Same with the mushrooms.”

  “Rudy’s is an absolute standout for amazing pizza. The Carni was so delicious I devoured it before I could even snap a picture! Even though the restaurant is always buzzing and busy, the staff are consistently accommodating and helpful. Our waitress, Ellie, was incredibly lovely and made us feel so welcome, it’s exceptional service like hers that makes you want to keep coming back. Rudy’s never disappoints. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for fantastic food, great prices, and a wonderful atmosphere.”

  “This was my first experience of this chain of pizzerias. The pizzas are ENORMOUS. We'd got 2 garlic breads as a starter between 5 of us, but 1 would have done! The dough is lovely and light, but the crusts we're a bit charcoaled for my liking. Drinks selection was good. Waiter was a bit erratic with attention, when we asked for the bill he said he had a table of 14 to set up, then cleared other table, so we asked someone else. It was busy and we were glad we booked! It won't put me off trying again, but I'll know what to expect pizza-wise😁”

  “Pizza is always amazing from Rudy’s. Never had a bad experience with the food. My only criticism is that it was quite slow between courses but I suppose when they’re this busy it’s understandable.”
