  “Ordered pizza and onion rings and waited over an hour for nothing to arrive. Had to call them and ask where it was and they tell me they have cancelled it because they didn’t want to deliver it. Told me I would get money back in 24hrs but did not. Called them a week later to ask about my refund and was told the manager would call me back later and still nothing.”

  “Food was nasty. The portion size of the value box’s is vio😂only good thing was garlic naan and still then the food made your stomach feel like you’ve had about 10 rounds of boxing. Highly dis recommend 1star”

  “I’ve ordered from here multiple times and I’ve never had an issue. Brilliant service, made/delivered really quickly, the food is always really warm and tastes really nice every single time. The workers are genuine & kind, and also have really good manners. This takeaway shop will always be my go-to. I definitely recommend ordering from here :)”

  “My local pizza place. Plenty of choice on the menu & meal deals. Just had the chicken tikka wrap with chilli sauce. Nice However today I didn't get what I ordered ... instead of chicken tikka wrap it was fried chicken in the wrap ...”

  “Pizzas are great however customer service is shocking. We order on average once a week, and almost every time we go for the special deal 5. I ring up, they know my address as soon as I ask for delivery, and I always ask for special deal 5 followed by the two pizzas I want included in the deal. Last night I did just that, and arrived in great time as always. (Delivery service has always been fantastic) Only two pizzas arrived, no large chips and pepsis as ordered, and was £14.10 instead of the £14 for the deal. Not the delivery guys fault so I paid him and rang them up. Asked if they'd forgotten the chips and drink, only to be told I didn't order the special deal and basically implied I was lying. "no you didn't, no you didn't, no you didn't" I heard many times. I'm sorry but if you can see my address when I ring up, surely you can see my last hundred thousand orders which are always the same?! And even if not, good customer service would surely be "sir, you've ordered just two pizzas, how about the special deal 5 where you get chips and drinks and save 10p?" It's like they couldn't give a toss about loyalty. So I know where I stood as a "valued" customer and although the food is amazing here, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in future.”
