About Pitza Cano
Pitza Cano is a pizza takeaway in Leeds at 61 Queen's Rd, serving pizza, burgers and Greek street food from one menu. The pizza is square, with pepperoni among the toppings, and the halloumi gyros come with chips and salad. A mixed kebab with donner meat and chips covers the meat side of the Greek menu. The shop opens daily, evenings only, and keeps late-night hours for anyone wanting a hot meal after dark.

Customer Review Summary
Gyros draw the most praise, especially the halloumi gyros that came with a generous portion of chips and salad, which reviewers call extremely good and great value. A mixed kebab also earns credit, with one diner rating the donner probably the best they have had and the chicken just as tasty, though they say the bread needs updating and the chips were perfect. The square pizza gets its own nod for being light and fluffy, with melted cheese and crispy pepperoni, and one reviewer calls it the best pizza after a night out. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and helpful, and several mention low prices. The complaints are sharper. One diner found the pizza greasy, with a base like card and a soggy, mushy middle. Another waited far longer than customers who ordered after them, got conflicting answers about timing, and says a refund request was refused and they were told to take their food and never come back.

“Why are you temporarily closed? My gf and I were very disappointned to walk out of Hyde Park Picture House after watching Marty Supreme to find the shutters down, now 2 days later and it's still closed. I hope it really is temporary as I wouldn't want to live in a world without Pitza Cano, its incredible food and it incredible prices.”

“Passed on the way to the Brudenell and popped in on the walk back. Friendly service and brilliant square pizza. Light, fluffy, perfectly cooked, melted cheese and crispy pepperoni. Until next time! Thank you 👌”

“Awful experience, waited over 40mins for my food when people who ordered 5 ordered before me was getting food. I asked about how long it would take and 1 person said 1 minute, so I waited another 15, where I then asked someone else how long it would take where I was told ‘just wait’ I asked for a refund and was denied and got told ‘receive your food and never come back’. I do not know expect to wait 45 mins for food and be told to ‘never come back’ when the restaurant obviously lost the ticket. Food was average at best I’d rather just go to Hyde park shawarma to be honest.”
