  “Amazing food, had us drooling over the smell. Never been one for gherkins but the truly added to the flavour. The bbq sauce blend beautifully with the meat. The fries had us gagged. Never felt fuller in my life. Couldn’t recommend more, shame it was so quiet.”

  “Ordered a kinder waffle which I’ve had before I expected a homemade large round waffle like the pictures on the website with toppings on. I received two sugary shop bought waffles with toppings on. So disappointing wouldn’t order again”

  “Incredible value for money, great customer service and short wait for the food. Unique products having tried the doritos burger and cheese tater tots. Would certainly return if I am ever in Lancaster again. Did not eat inside the store but while sat waiting the soundtrack was great, modern grime and rap music which suits the vibe of the eatery.”

  “Absolutely amazing spot in Lancaster! Burgshake is hands down one of the best places for smash burgers. The burgers are juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. plus their milkshakes and waffles are next level. Highly recommend and will 100% be coming back again!”

  “Overall the food is great and it usually arrives within the stated delivery timescales but having ordered from here a few times we have received the wrong items or had items missing on more than one occasion. Tonight the delivery driver didn't ring our bell or knock on the door but instead sent a text alert and was in the process of taking a picture of our order sitting on the step - on a cold, windy February night - when I intercepted him. Thankfully we saw the text notification come through otherwise it would have been stone cold by the time we found it!”

  “Pretty decent spot for a quick bite, considering the takeaway landscape in Lancaster, you can’t really ask for much. Decent burgers, love the chicken strips with nacho cheese. Decently priced, delivery times vary depending on the weather, sometimes they arrive within 20 minutes, other times within 2 hours, a bit of hit and miss. If you looking for a quick bite after a night out it ain’t bad though.”

  “We have ordered online before and it was good but the wait was there. We were in Lancaster yesterday and decided to go and get some food. We sat in and all I can say is, it was soooooo much better!! The food tasted amazing, was hot and fresh, and brought to our table! We would definitely recommend eating in here! We will be back! Queen bee fries you didn’t disappoint!”

  “Ordered through Lancaster and Morecambe Eats. There was a 40% off discount but I’m not sure it was even worth that money. I ordered a double smashed cheeseburger and loaded fries. The loaded fries were nice but everything was cold, also I didn’t expect the smashed patties to be paper thin.”

  “Finally got to try this place today and I must say, wow! It exceeded my expectations - the burger was deliciously cooked and was not too overwhelming like those burgers you get at diners...the option for curly fries is a nice addition too! Staff are very friendly and helpful! I just wished that the food was seasoned slightly more...but other than that, it's amazing! 😃”
