  “Hannah and Chris were fantastic throughout the meal. Having two young kids speed of service makes or breaks an experience and they were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, order was taken efficiently with humour and the food was served quickly and was delicious! Highly recommend!”

  “Cara and Izzy did a phenomenal job of quickly accommodating a large group of people (approximately 15) when we had only booked a table for around 8 folk. They were so accommodating, really helpful and more organised than I have ever seen any restaurant staff. Every order was correct and really well-prepared despite it being a really busy night in the restaurant. Food arrived in good time, and it was delicious. Thank you so much for a lovely meal. Highly recommend 👍”

  “Loved this place! The restaurant looks bright and cosy. We sat at the big window and watched the world go by. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The pizza was fresh and tasty. The menu had a bit of everything, even burgers, chicken and ribs. Thank you Izzy and Ashton for a fast and efficient service.”

  “We had a wonderful experience here for lunch yesterday. The service from Cara was absolutely exceptional - we had the best customer service we have ever had from her. As soon as we entered the building she was very welcoming and friendly. We aren't local to the area and only popped in for lunch after a hospital visit for a celebratory meal following some good news. Cara was brilliant with my 2 year old who is otherwise quite challenging for a sit down meal, this occasion felt very easy. She checked in with us regularly and made sure my child had some colouring to keep him occupied but involved him in the conversation and chatted with him - he loved her! When we left we expressed that we had a fantastic experience and I feel it's appropriate to say Cara is a real credit to the team here. The food was excellent (no pictures as we were ravenous) and we were thankful that it was quiet at the time we visited but the premises were clean and pleasant. Thank you so much Cara we will remember your kindness and positivity during our visit which was so needed after the stressful days we had prior! ❤️🫶🏼✨”

  “The restaurant was Beautiful! The staff were lovely! We were served by Cara & Des. Servers were very helpful! Food was delicious. We had the meastfeast pizza and the create your own pasta dish. Both were fabulous! Exactly what we wanted. It was a rather quiet day, but the design of the restaurant made it feel like even when full- it wouldn't be too loud. We had a lovely time! 😀”

  “We had a really friendly male staff serving us. My mother enjoyed her pizza and my husband his chicken but my Gamberoni was tasteless looked nothing like the photo on the menu I was very disappointed. We were pleased to be able to use my husband's blue light card getting us 25% off the whole bill.”

  “The food was delicious. We ordered tagliatelle bolognese and lasagne and we both loved it. We also had the chocolate brownie ice cream which was great. The service from the staff was good when they served us. What we didn’t like was that the area for guests to queue indoors was extremely small. This meant only a few people could wait indoors. There were many people waiting behind us who had to wait outside the restaurant in the cold. These were people who had made a reservation! What’s worse is that a staff member was berating them for holding the door open. Another area of disappointment was that we had to wait over 30 minutes for our dessert. We asked the waiters twice for an update. We were also very unhappy that we were asked to pay a service charge of over £4. Nowhere on their promotional material does it say you stick on a hefty service charge. I find this disrespectful to hard working customers to spring this extra charge on them right at the end hoping that they will not have the heart to cancel the service charge. We were going to give a tip of £2-3 before we found this. We were also really unhappy that the waiter took my phone away with him without even bothering to ask for my consent when I showed my 2 for 1 main meal discount. He took the phone away with him to note down the code on the payment system presumably. I was outraged as not once did he ask permission to take it away nor did he say where he was going with it. There could have been private and confidential messages coming through. Do the staff no longer have access to pens and paper? I was absolutely furious. Then to whack on a hefty and totally undeserved service fee was highly inappropriate. We almost certainly won’t be visiting again.”
