“I've been delivering Chinese takeaways in Kirkcaldy for a number of years, around 14 years. I've had two meals from this establishment and the food is by far the best I have tasted. Ive only had chow mein to date. Good portion sizes, food not greasy as it can be at times. Beef chow mein, excellent, and the beef was soft and had flavour, not tough and tasteless as Ive had b4. If you like chinese, and you haven't tried this place you should. Guaranteed you'll not go back to your regular place .”

“Hugely disappointed …that I don’t live in Kirkcaldy! This was the best Chinese takeaway food we’ve had in absolutely ages! All of it was excellent, and still delicious when we reheated the leftovers next day. I’m going to have to visit my in-laws a lot more often to have more yummy Chinese food! :-D …do you deliver to Leith???”

“First time having Sen Lin tonight. They squeezed us in last minute for a Christmas takeaway and we were super impressed. The shop itself is clean and really nice. Definitely stands out from the rest. Very friendly staff too and great at communicating through Facebook. As for the food, WOW great quality and really flavourful. The best Chinese I've had in Scotland!!! You have a new customer in our family!!!!! Definitely recommend trying and give the Satay sauce a try 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤”

“We ordered over £90 food to feed 9 people, everyone ordered something different and everyone tried a bit of each. Everything tasted either overwhelmingly salty or sickly sweet. Bbq sauce is more like a desert topping - sweet sugary syrup. Gravy sauce tasted like seawater it had that much salt in it. My mixed meat and Blackbean was loaded full of fresh sliced chillies and was spicy?! Apart from the uninvited spice it was too salty to be able to enjoy it. Sweet and sour king prawns the battered prawns were nice but the sauce tasted like cough medicine. Curry sauce had a nice base flavour but again too heavy with the salt. Portion sizes were massive and quality of ingredients seemed good, if they worked on seasoning and relied less on salt / sugar in their dishes and more on quality soy sauce, msg, saoxing wine, sesame oil and other nice staple ingredients then they would really be onto a winner. Overall a poor experience for me, 5/10.”
