  “Just had the worst meal from neighbour’s kitchen Glenrothes .. shredded chicken not cooked and food was cold ( it was a collection not delivery) Called the shop, the lady that answers the phone that takes the orders actually tried to help however owners were just not interested … really disappointed”

  “I was looking for a Chinese takeaway for delivery in Glenrothes. The newest reviews from the highest rated takeaways indicated the food was poor because of new management etc. They all seemed a bit "hit or miss" I decided to order from Neighbours Kitchen because it had the most consistent good reviews over th years. I didn't regret my choice as the food was excellent. Salt and Pepper chips were amazing. The noodles were spot on and the kung po and sweet and sour sauces were very nice. A consistently good takeaway, one of the best in Glenrothes. Don't feel you had to order from places on an app. You can just give them a call and pay over the phone with a card. Super easy.”

  “Iv never phoned a takeaway before and felt so welcome over the phone the women taking my order was just a joy to speak to and nothing was to much trouble for her. Haven't ordered from here before and we are 15 mins away. So glad we picked this place tonight. The food was absolutely amazing. Good size portions piping hot and delicious 😋.”

  “Picked up the meal, took it back to Kirkcaldy and it was the wrong order. Phoned up, they wouldn't collect and deliver ours. Took it back, they gave us our luke warm meal, not a new meal cooked. Minging. Won't be back”

  “Has to be the worst customer service i have ever recived. Order been wrong twice in a month and recived shocking service when i simply called to as for the missing rice. Was told it was my fault and constantly spoke over me. Gone from ordering every week to never using again”

  “Really poor meal tonight. Without doubt, the most tasteless takeaway I've had (unless you class "greasy" as a taste. Certainly won't be using them again”
