“Placed an order online at about 16.50 for delivery at 1830-19.00. driver turned up at 17.15. explained I had asked for delivery at specific time and he said he had just been handed it. I pointed to the receipt and it showed delivery time I had asked for. To be fair to him, right away he said he would take it back so no criticism of the driver. 18.30, new driver turns up with my order. Food was tasteless, felt like it had been kept warm rather than made fresh. Chicken was rubbery, ribs were chewy AND rubbery at the same time. Batter on banana fritters felt like sponge. Complete waste of money.”
