“Absolutely disgusting fish & chips, visited the first time, never seen service like this before, no greeting on arrival, fish dry, was hard to chew, fish was like chewing gum, unwrapped to put on a plate, the batter all was off the fish, I had two separate portions, fish & a clump of batter, not returning here again, waste of my money, as it went in the bin, staff need training to cook as well as friendly welcoming”

“I visited this fish and chip shop today and the service I witnessed was absolutely appalling, particularly towards customers of colour, compared with other customers in the shop, the lady who served us had a nasty attitude and served our food in a completely different way. I am appalled we are in 2026, we have been made to feel completely dehumanised and I am disgusted. I will not be returning.”
