“Great place on the railway platform. Lovely lady running the cafe, very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We didn't eat at this time, just had drinks. The lady was able off the top of her head to tell us what the train times were and to where, also the bus and times to go into town or up to heptonstall. Lots of information posted on the walls covering everything. What a little gem. Will be back.”

“This is the last place in Hebden where people (like me) can get a down to earth butty at a decent price. I was heading for a train yesterday and needed something to eat due being diabetic. I didn't want a goat's cheese panini (as much as I love Goat's cheese). I wanted a sausage sarnie with ketchup and oh boy did they deliver. It was amazing. The staff here are real down to earth Northerners and that suits me just fine. Thank you forbeing there just when I needed you.”

“A fantastic cafe. We have visited twice during our stay. The place is quirky, staff friendly and the coffee and food is excellent. Lots of books on sale and great items to buy also. I got a gorgeous new hat, handmade and designed by the maker. We really like this cafe.”

“Best coffee shop I have ever visited! The lady who served us was very polite and sweet mannered! Chose to eat a banana cake and croissant! Finished it and went back for more as they were the best homemade pastries I had!!! 🫶🏽”
