“Its turned crap, theres always stuff missing and the food is cold. It used to be good up until about 6 months ago but has really gone downhill. The food quality is now awful and it always comes 30min - 1hr late. When it does come, it's always cold with something missing. When you ring up to tell them they just say, "next time u order we'll give u something extra. I'm not really interested in that, I'd rather get what I ordered and paid for, especially when we have guests round and it's already an hour late!!”

“Have just ordered from Simpsons Chicken and paid!!!!!!! But they are telling me they have not recieved my order, after I have had confirmation my order was placed. Now they are telling me they have recieved absolutely nothing from me in the way of an order BUT will give me a refund in 3 days!!!! Why do I think I am being taken for an idiot?????? I have proof of receipt of order and proof of payment and they are still saying we haven't ordered anything. So will definitely not be ordering from here again and MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!”
