“Maddy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being over the top. The chicken wings were unbelievable crispy, juicy, and packed with flavour. Easily some of the best we’ve had. “We came in for my birthday and as always the restaurant was very busy. Matilda was looking after us and was very polite and helpful. I had the veggie mezze as a main and it was delicious. We shared a brownie and sticky toffee pudding for dessert and they were amazing! We will be back!”

“We really enjoy visiting Bill's. The food quality is always great and feels like a step up from more fast food style places, even if it can sometimes come out a bit staggered. Frustrating but is worth the wait and we especially love the pancakes. All you can eat pancakes on a Friday is always a plus point. But can be very busy. The restaurant has a lovely boujee feel and looks more expensive than it is, although it is a bit pricier compared to some places. Staff are friendly and it is family friendly with good kids options and colouring crayons and have had kids eat for £1 offer which is always brilliant over the holidays. A couple things could be improved accessibility could be better as there’s a small step and heavy curtains at the entrance. The main downside for me is that a tip is automatically added to the bill. While it says this is optional, you have to ask staff to remove it, which can feel awkward and uncomfortable, tipping should feel like a choice, not something you have to opt out. Overall we do recommend it, the atmosphere and food make it a really nice place to eat.”
