  “Would like to say first the service was great, really lovely staff and great atmosphere, however the food was less than good. I had bacon pancakes and you could have made boots from the bacon it was rock solid, my partner had the chicken tacos which were nice but £17 for three tacos which had approximately 2 chicken goujons split up across them seems ridiculous, almost sent it back but felt bad enough about the bacon. Server seemed almost embarrassed, no wonder everywhere else was packed out and we were the only ones eating there. tried to ward off another table who sat down after we finished but no luck, hope they survived!”

  “Had crispy tofu which was the only decent thing. Other starter was the gochujang chicken that only tasted of normal spicy sauce instead of gochujang. Also chicken bone dry. Mains were a katsu chicken curry, horribly bitter and dry, and coconut Thai green curry with chicken. Again chicken dry and the curry didn't have the slightest hint of coconut. Rice in both curries was also on the soft end. Shame, because the staff was awesome.”

  “We went for food and drinks and to watch the rugby ! We were so grateful the food service was fast and the Scottish burger was delicious! The lovely staff member was able to snag us a seat at the bar area so we could comfortably watch the game! Thank you so much!”

  “Ate there with a friend in the afternoon by 9pm we were both very ill with cramps and diarrhoea this lasted several hours and ruined our evening, clearly food poisoning as this was the only thing we ate all day. Raises serious questions regarding food hygiene practises in the kitchen.”

  “Went for a Christmas lunch with my wife, we both had the turkey dinner and it was superb. Lovely black German lager as well for £4 a pint and the guy who served us couldn't have done more for us. Great ambience and very reasonably priced.”

  “myself and partner went here for a meal on 23rd Dec and the food was amazing he had the steak and ale pie and i had the BBQ bacon cheese burger. The service was great and the staff where happy to help. Will defo be back again !!”

  “Dropped in on a busy Sunday lunchtime, we hadn't booked but they managed to fit us in with no bother, Brodies was recommended and didn't disappoint, the hash browns are off the Scale!!! Yeah think they're the best I've had, toastie had loads of filling. Great place to chill and watch the world go by, Back on 8th Oct, we had the Burgers that were excellent, really quiet and chilled place on a Tuesday night. Special offer on German Beers for October fest, Starburger £3 a pint”

  “I have to be honest and say I was a bit disappointed with the food here. I had the chicken parm and it was a little bit bland and under-seasoned. My girlfriend had the chicken/grapefruit salad which was also bland. There was nothing about either of the dishes hat made us think: WOW we'll come back here again. The staff were nice and the portions were good. Again, not really a great thing to have a huge amount of bland food in front of you.”
