  “We had a pre-theatre meal yesterday. Gorgeous mussels! Pate and pasta both good. Mains nice altho my lasagne was more reheated pub grub in quality. Staff friendly attentive and friendly. Well worth trying!”

  “My wife and I popped into O Sole Mio for breakfast and ended up being pleasantly surprised when we both ordered pasta instead — and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious: perfectly cooked pasta, rich and comforting flavours, and served with warm garlic bread and plenty of cheese. It felt indulgent in the best possible way and was far better than we’d expected for an early visit. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We had a lovely chat with an Irish waitress who was incredibly helpful and even gave us some great insights and recommendations for an upcoming trip we’re planning to Dublin , a really personal touch that made us feel looked after rather than rushed. A relaxed atmosphere, fantastic food, and warm, engaging service made this a standout visit. My wife and I will definitely be back, and we’d highly recommend O Sole Mio to anyone looking for great Italian food with equally great hospitality.”

  “Staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. The food was so full of flavour and well seasoned. The lunch menu is a steal! Really central and just an all round lunch spot. The perfect ambiance for a date night too. Will defo return.”

  “We had a lovely meal at Sole Mio at lunchtime on a Thursday. It was quite busy so I would suggest booking in advance. The food was excellent and service was great. The atmosphere in was nice and the decor trendy. We would go back here for sure.”

  “Just a walk in and was happily shown to our table. Staff front of house attentive, good options of menu,we had a lunch time special. Minestrone soup,and bruschetta starter, followed by lasagna, and a chicken mushroom, veg and rustic chips.”

  “Lovely little Italian restaurant! Food was amazing and staff were very attentive and polite. Cocktails were good too. Would recommend the black ink spaghetti with the scallops, absolutely delicious! Will definitely be back here next time I visit Glasgow!”
