Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the service, with the server's attentiveness and menu guidance coming up repeatedly, including advice on a sharing platter and the sharing brownie with ice cream and sauces. Food praise is close behind: the smash burger, mozzarella bites and planks, baby back ribs, a chocolate caramel sundae, and a steak cooked medium rare. One reviewer likes the 1950s diner feel, and another describes a birthday cake surprise arriving with the bill. The caveats are about waiting and food quality. One diner says a brownie with ice cream took about half an hour to arrive, leaving the kids restless, and another waited for a table to be cleared and suspects understaffing. One reviewer calls the food expensive for what it is. A two-star review describes the Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Pasta as swimming in oil, the cheese fries with minimal cheese, and a dry burger with barely any sauce, though the nachos were tasty. Even so, several say they would return, and one praises a server who checked in at just the right moments.

“Great service and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Most neither of us has tried before and this was my fiances first time in TGIs. Kyle our server was just amazing. Very attentive helpful pleasant and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We asked for his advice regarding the sharing platter and we are so glad that we listened to him. It was just gorgeous and we decided again to ask what his thoughts were regarding the dessert menu. We opted for the sharing brownie ice cream and sauces. Oh. My. Days. Died and gone to heaven spring to mind here! Every team member worked hard and were never at peace. Would not hesitate to come back!”

“Google Review Unfortunately, our experience at TGI Fridays was quite disappointing, mainly because of how oily the food was. The Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Pasta was extremely oily — there was so much oil on the plate that it was literally swimming in it, and we couldn’t finish the dish. The nachos were tasty, but even the nachos themselves were fried and quite oily. The cheese fries had very minimal cheese, which was disappointing considering they were supposed to be cheese fries. The burger was also very dry and had barely any sauce in it. Overall, the food quality was not what we expected from TGI Fridays, and we left feeling quite disappointed. Hopefully, the kitchen can improve the preparation and balance of the dishes.”

“SOOOOOOOOO GOOD. I loved eeeeeverything about it. I really like the 1950s diner vibes too. I had the mozzarella planks, the baby back ribs and a chocolate caramel sundae and it was SOOOOOOOOO GOOD (and that’s not because ribs are my favourite food). Also our server (Kyle) was very nice even though he forgot to ask me if I wanted any dessert but that’s not the point. I loved the fact that Kyle had lots of pins on his lil overalls. Five stars (w Kyle)”

“We had a fantastic experience at TGI Fridays. Kyle was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to guide us through the menu and helping us make the right choices. Nothing was too much trouble, and his excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Kyle, for making our meal such a great experience, we'll definitely be back!”
