“Lovely atmosphere and building. Whenever travelling around regional cities I love to stop at Miller & Carter when I fancy steak. The quality and the service is always what you can expect when you consider the price point. Mags did not let the team down. Really personable, friendly and warm. Most importantly it felt genuine.”

“I had the pleasure of enjoying a lovely meal with my Father and my son on 31st July 2026 while we visited Glasgow (from London) for the Commonwealth Games. We had delicious steak - my Father had a 12oz Sirloin; my son had a 12oz Ribeye and I had a 9oz rump. We all had side orders of triple cooked chips and finished off our meals with sticky toffee pudding and ice-cream. I also enjoyed a well made Cuban Mai Tai cocktail, my Father had a Peroni and my son has lemonade. Overall the atmosphere was lively in the main dining area but a little quieter where we sat. Also, the service from our waitress Andrea was lovely, she was friendly and attentive. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in Glasgow.”

“Absolutely gorgeous food and I’m a whinger! Got the waghu and it was possibly the second best steak I’ve ever tried 1st one was in Tunisia. This was maybe on par. Chips gorgeous chunky chips. Beef dripping sauce absolutely amazing Hannah our server was the most down th earth girl. Helping us out because we can’t read the menu or understand it. She was so helpful and brilliant recommendation for the Raghu. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Started off with the sticky chipotle chicken and finished off with the chocolate brownie and ice cream also lovely. An amazing waitress makes for an enjoyable dinner”

“The limited edition Father’s Day tasting board was very tasty and great value! Premium Steak Trio, including a juicy 8oz Ribeye, 7oz Rump, and a tender 5oz Fillet Mignon, with stuffed Bone Marrow, with rich pulled beef short rib and brisket and the usual sides (wedge, sauce and fries). A lovely Malbec to complement the dinner. The Banoffee Pie for dessert, a coffee and cocktail was a great ending. The service and advice from Ryan Mac was first class too, which added to a great meal and overall experiences”
