  “​Very frustrating visit.. We ordered as a group on one order, but my wife and I never received our food. After waiting 40 minutes, staff promised it would be ready in 2 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes with nothing served. After a full hour of waiting, we had to cancel our meal entirely. Very poor experience.”

  “Me and a friend visited during a very very busy Monday evening. Our server “Lilly” really stood out to us as she was constantly checking in and ensuring everything was okay. She was also very informative when we had questions about the app. Good experience overall!”

  “Came here for lunch on a weekend, I wasn't overly busy and I wasn't overly impressed. The waitress was friendly and helpful. I went for a pitta with chicken, lemon and herb with coleslaw and regular chips.. they gave me piri chips and the coleslaw was sour and had no taste. The main pitta was awful. It had a few strands of salad and a piece of chicken in some marinade inside and tasted very boring. The unlimited drinks was good. Doubt I'll return due to the food quality and the order being wrong.”

  “I came into Nandos yesterday (1st June) and had a lovely dinner. Very good quality however price is a bit on the higher scale. Although the food was very good my server (blonde girl) was very rude and not very attentive.”

  “It's great, you can't book, but we got seats straight away. Really handy free wifi, to download the app and order from your table. Service was fast and accurate. Definitely go again.”

  “We went to Nando’s and had a lovely meal. The burger was cooked well and I enjoyed it. Didn’t have to wait to be seated and served quickly food came out fast. I think the only thing I would improve is the payment side of things. I was with someone who wanted to use their points/ voucher and the young girl on the till said he couldn’t use it because we were paying separately. So not happy about that.”

  “There were empty tables when we arrived but we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. When the food arrived, one meal was replaced because the chicken was cold, one meal was "warm" and the garlic bread was tough to chew but we didn't want to keep replacing meals. Not the best food experience.”

  “Standard nandos, not much else to say to be honest! Service was very quick, food was exactly as expected. Ordering via mobiles is really nice too! Only very minor thing I'd note is they'd put a film on the tables which was peeling and felt weird but otherwise yeah absolutely no complaints!”
