Customer Review Summary
Reviewers describe a hit-and-miss experience, with delivery reliability the most frequent complaint. Several report late drivers, cold pizzas and missing extras, including a forgotten cranberry sauce and icing sauce for the cinni dippers, while another says drinks or desserts are often forgotten and that Uber orders cannot be tracked. One reviewer was told an order was cancelled because the ovens stopped working and was still waiting on a refund eight days later. Another was promised a replacement for a wrong pizza, then told no one could bring it, and was offered a refund and a voucher. A customer who asked for the egg drizzle to be left off says it arrived with it anyway, was offered half off, and was hung up on. On the food, some praise the big portions and good pizza, but others mention too much marinara, a Texas BBQ pizza smothered in cheese on thin crust, underdone pepperoni and a burnt wrap. One reviewer reports food poisoning after the Texas BBQ. The positive reviews cite friendly staff and quick service.

“Don’t rely on polite words if they aren’t followed by action. I was given the wrong pizza, and I was told, very nicely, that it would be dropped off to my house. I live about a 20-minute drive away, so that’s a 40-minute round trip for something that was not my mistake. Fuel isn’t cheap, and I shouldn’t have to make that journey to correct an error your business made. Thirty minutes after telling me you were on your way, I then received a call saying you could not drop it off after all. At that point it was late (around 9pm) and I still hadn’t eaten. To make matters worse, I’m unable to eat the pizza I was given by mistake. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. A refund and a £9 voucher doesn’t really address the inconvenience caused or the fact that I was left without a meal after being told the issue would be resolved.”

“£46 ordered a delivery on new years day evening. 45 minutes later, shop phoned me to cancel order due to apparent ovens stopped working. After EIGHT days, still waiting for my refund! Apparently been told it will take another FIVE days! Told them I'll be onto trading standards if I dont get my refund. Avoid using this place!”

“Dominos is always just a bit of a dice roll when it comes to the quality of their food as well as their arrival times. I order on uber, and this place does not allow tracking so you’re always in the dark about when food will arrive despite it being a big corporation. It was become a pattern that drinks or desserts are often forgotten, and drivers are more often than not late. However, it is good food with big portions. Just sometimes consistency lets this place down.”
