About The Corner Pin
The Corner Pin is a family-run community pub on Slade Green Rd in Erith, with cocktails on tap alongside a function room, a pool table and a large garden. Handmade cocktails are also on the list, and events bring 2-for-1 offers. The function room hosts local gatherings, so groups have space to meet. Events include themed nights, live entertainment and a DJ, with screens in the bar. The menu lists Beef, Turkey and Yorkshire Pudding, and the kitchen serves a 3-course Sunday dinner with cauliflower cheese. Cider is on the drinks list too. Dogs are welcome. Drivers enter their number plate on the small screen at the bar to avoid a fine.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks at this community pub, with strong drinks and cocktails on tap singled out alongside regular 2-for-1 offers during events. Close behind is the entertainment, from live music and a decent DJ to themed nights and a function hall one reviewer calls one of the best in the green. Two diners enjoyed a three course Sunday dinner, with cauliflower cheese named as a highlight, though another reviewer says no food was served. Several describe a great atmosphere and nice locals. The complaints are specific. Reviewers cite dirty glasses, sticky bar tops, a broken fridge, ripped sofas, low stock, and a garden described as a mess, with cups left on tables for a day or two. One reviewer found no change in the till despite a cash preferred sign, and another reports broken locks on the boys' toilets. A few also find prices a bit high and the selection limited. Two reviewers advise drivers to enter their number plate at the bar to avoid a fine.

“absolutely rubbish no stuff for kids and the garden is a mess and it is disgustingly dirty and the cups barley get picked up and mostly stay in the same place for a day or to because they can’t be bothered and plus they don’t even clean up any sticky mess on what’s aware and the boys toilets locks are broken ! Absolutely disgusting this needs to be changed”

“Visited a few times the past and there really isn’t much to praise this place on. It seems to get worse each time I visit. The staff look fed up. Glasses are rubbish. Toilets need updating. Stock levels are very low if you are lucky enough to find it in stock what you want. Dirty glasses everywhere. Sticky bar tops. Broken fridge. No dishwasher. Dirty floors. No food served. No ales. Sofas are all ripped. No change in the till so take your bank card with you because you can’t get change from a bank note although there was a sign saying cash preferred. Kids jumping around all over the place including on top of the pool table!!! No swings etc for the kids in the beer garden although your photos advertise this. Not wheelchair accessible either. Although there was one very loud chap once in there in a wheelchair. So you can get in with a wheelchair but no disabled toilets for them to use. I was told the pub was due to be taken over soon. I’d say this can’t happen soon enough. The current landlord has given up and looks like he’s running it into the ground for the new owner.”
