  “The server warmly welcomed us and at first the interior is just astonishing beautifully presented and it’s so lovely. The desserts themselves tasted fantastic they really did taste heavenly. I went for cookie dough with chocolate sauce. You could even customise the desserts to make them how you like! I also got custom pancakes with Chocolate melted all on top and strawberries. It was light and fluffy very delicious.”

  “We had already visited other branches before, but this one was particularly clean and stylish. The desserts were very fresh, and compared to my previous experiences, I really liked the chocolate used here. The staff member who looked after us was attentive and friendly. The only downside was that many items listed on the menu didn’t appear on the ordering screen at the table. We would have liked to try something different, but ended up sticking to the classics. (American Waffle and french toast) That said, everything we had was still very good.”

  “Celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Heavenly Desserts Edinburgh, and it couldn’t have been more perfect ❤️ We ordered the dark chocolate brownie with strawberries, and it was absolutely divine—rich, indulgent, and beautifully presented. Every bite felt like a treat, and the whole experience was made even more special by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. A huge shoutout to Prachi, Abhay, and Emilia for their exceptional service—they truly went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary mochi ice cream, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy some incredible desserts. We’ll definitely be back! 🍓🍫”

  “The first impression was great – it’s a truly beautiful place with its own unique atmosphere. Unfortunately, from that point on, everything went downhill. First of all, there is a food allergy notice informing guests to speak to a member of staff if they have any dietary requirements. Sadly, the two ladies working at the front did not take my allergy seriously. Instead of offering assistance or guidance, I was simply told to check the website, which was both disappointing and unprofessional. When we were ready to order, there was only one other group in the restaurant, so it certainly wasn’t busy. Despite that, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to their guests. We had to wait while they continued their conversation, which made us feel ignored and unimportant. It’s also a shame that such a beautiful venue doesn’t maintain basic cleanliness standards. There was hair all over the sofa, and the bathrooms were dirty. The food itself was good, but unfortunately good food alone is not enough. With this level of customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness, I don’t see this place lasting very long.”

  “Ordered for takeaway, a cake and custard. 20 mins in the staff forgot our order, and only started to make it once we reminded them. Once it was ready, they forgot the custard, when they finally put the custard in the bag, it exploded everywhere. In total it took them 45 mins to get a cake and custard ready. Will not be coming back here again. Awful.”

  “Interior is lovely. That is the only positive. Sincerely, This is the worst Karack i have ever had the pleasure of tasting. We had high expectations since other branches have not let us down. The staff were helpful but i paid almost £5 for a frothy glass of milk with hardly any spice or flavour. The milk cake was significantly smaller than the box and the price. AND TO TOP it all off.. there was an eyelash on the top of my cake???? this whole experience has made me feel hopeless and like it was a waste of money. deeply upset with everything here. This is not my local branch so if you want to get in touch - email me and get me my refund! Thank You”
