Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise generous portions and good value, with battered chicken balls and sweet and sour sauce, crispy chilli beef and Singapore vermicelli noodles named in the happiest orders. One reviewer found the food free of grease, and another liked the mostly eco friendly packaging. Opinion on the cooking is split, though. One diner found the crispy shredded chicken in honey chilli sauce flavourless and watery with something slimy in it, and another threw out a basic chicken curry with boiled rice after two bites, calling the sauce tasteless. Order handling draws the sharpest complaints. One reviewer had a Just Eat order accepted and then cancelled within minutes, with the refund still pending days later. Another refused discounted orders outright. A third received the wrong order twice, even after the order was read back, and described a rude phone exchange with the owner. One first-time customer felt poorly treated at the counter. Still, a delivery customer was allowed to collect instead without fuss, and free prawn crackers and complimentary banana fritters came up as welcome extras.

“Used to use this place alot but they wont accept any order that even has £1 discount. How they are still on justeat is a joke. They know what they are doing because they say straight away speak to JustEat. Dont give this crowd any of your money!”

“Quite easily the best Chinese I’ve ever eaten. I think the rice was slightly over done but I wasn’t disappointed at all. Usually Chinese's are greasy however this one didn’t have a drop of grease throughout. Most of the packaging was eco friendly and portion sizes plentiful. If I'm in the area again I will definitely be back.”
