Customer Review Summary
Visitors most often point to the friendly, welcoming service, with several singling out the staff at the bar and the team looking after them throughout a visit. Food draws praise too, led by a Mac & Cheese one reviewer calls the best they have ever had, with the grilled cheese toasty close behind and snacks described as good. Beer comes up repeatedly as great, and live music and a lively atmosphere are also mentioned, along with sports on the screen and light pop music. Seating is described as large, with a few tables outside. A couple of reviewers found the pub family friendly, and one is happy to end a day of travel or work there. The one criticism is that the whisky was not as good as the beer. Several visitors stopped in after a day of touring or walking, and one returned multiple times during a vacation.
