  “Have to say we came in because we were staying nearby. Nice welcome. Nice atmosphere. Nice staff. Great food. Really enjoyed the pizza. And I don't consider it too expensive. Will definitely go again if in Durham. Recommended.”

  “3 courses for £6.95. Potato skins to start for 3 of us (only pictured one), Napoli pasta, vegetable pasta and bolognese pizza for mains. Followed by strawberry ice cream for dessert. Lovely place to eat out and not too expensive neither 😋”

  “We recently had a short holiday in Durham and decided to try the Little Sicily restaurant next to the Travelodge we were staying in. From the very start we three, two humans and one dog, were made more than welcome. The menu is very extensive so no matter your taste I think that you will find something to suit your palette. My good lady chose the lunchtime special and I chose ham carbonara which was prepared for me without any pepper as I have an allergy to it. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and would recommend this establishment to all.”

  “Food wasn't bad at all really. Not quite as lively as we thought it would be. Not much atmosphere etc. food and service mostly fine. Thanks for the experience”

  “Wow, the portions were huge and without question the nicest pizza I have ever eaten. Great music, great atmosphere, excellent staff, highly recommend! And a free surprise desert as it was my birthday 🤗 I think I may now pop 🤣”

  “Big Italian restaurant with good food. Nice people in general. Interesting interior. Beer expensive, food not expensive. I had Alfredo pasta (chicken, mushroom, onion, white wine, cream and parmesan), it was very good except that the pieces of onion were really big. When they asked us if everything was alright, I told them that, but they didn’t receive it very well, they said Alfredo pasta comes with onions, yes, I know, it’s written in the menu, that’s not the point… We got limoncello on the house. I like this hospitality, it’s common in some parts of Italy and Croatia. I will come back.”

  “Went here with a few work colleagues, I ordered seafood pizza . Absolutely delicious, freshly cooked with plenty of seafood toppings on. Great service by all waiters/waitresses.”

  “Lovely restaurant. Friendly welcoming staff. Good prices especially with the daytime offer. Nice setting and very clean. They also brought out a complimentary garlic bread for our table when we first arrived which was a nice touch. The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is that the music lets it down. Pop music playing which spoils the atmosphere somewhat, would have been nice for some calmer more chilled music or better still some Italian music.”

  “Absolutely amazing and I love a pizza this is up there with some of the best I’ve had. Staff was really friendly, the place is lovely and designed well. Prices are great for the quality of food you get. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. 2nd night here. Had lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. Once again staff was so friendly and welcoming. Food was presented well and very hot. Tasted very good.”

  “Fantastic meal with amazing service from the team! Food was full of flavour, fresh and visually appealing. Would happily return in the near future. Personally I recommend the chicken goujons starter, meat feast pizza and a chocolate fudge cake to finish. With regards to drinks there is a vast selection though I would recommend introducing a few cocktails to the menu. Service team were outstanding wouldn't be fair to give credit to a single team member.”
