  “Our ENTIRE 14-piece £24 bucket was chicken breast - not ONE single leg! Leg is a different type of meat, juicier and crumblier than dry chicken breast - leg is ESSENTIAL for taste/texture balance in a large bucket. The staff obviously only had breast (quite dry breast too) and filled an ENTIRE £24 bucket with that and only that! NOT a satisfying meal. Not a sincere attempt to provide a good meal for the money. Feel pretty ripped off!”

  “Staff horrendous - woman constantly screaming out order numbers and I mean screaming so loud we couldn't speak to each other. Also same woman going round giving free cookies to all the teenages from school before telling them to leave "5 stars on everything" and to scan the QR code she was holding on a badge”

  “Slowest drive through I've ever witnessed. There was 2 cars in front and I waited for 25 minutes to order and finally get my order. Literally went to McDonald's after and it was way busier yet got an order in 5 minutes!”

  “Shockingly long waiting queuing times for delivery orders. Almost everyday. Even on a Monday! Always the same excuse. “I’m the only one preparing orders here”! Well, Employ more staff or don’t accept online orders. Simple! Besides, you treat delivery drivers like enemies. Too busy communicating with them and forbidding them to look at screen to check order progress! Seriously? Ridiculous!!!!!! Too all staff including management. You better change your attitude!”

  “We stopped in to get a late dinner it was about 9:45pm. The place was being cleaned and we were told it was takeaway only which was fine. We got our food in a decent time and left to eat it. My partner opened his tandoori naan took 2 bites and said it was cold, his wraps were also cold and my burger the bun was stone cold the chicken luke warm at best. My partner ate his as he was past hungry but I returned my burger. The girl took my burger away and asked someone to remake it. In the meantime the rest if the staff were in the kitchen area being very loud and mucking about using language that really should have been quieter or not at all.On receiving my second burger my partner walked in to make a complaint to the mamager. I checked my burger and again the bun was still cold. The manager on duty came round and was completely disinterested in our complaint and just kept repeating herself about the hothold and that everything was set at the correct temperature. Due to being diabetic I took the cold burger and left so I could eat. Completely disappointed as we prefer KFC over other places. I have only given a 1 star rating as I couldnt post without doing so.”

  “Can't go wrong with this store here in Dunfermline. I've been to Falkirk, Stirling, Kirkcaldy, but neither of those places seem to offer as good of a service as they do in Dunfermline. Extra shout out to I believe she was called Nicole. I made an order, that I happened to mess up, but she sorted it out for me with no fuss and didn't make me feel bad about it. Definitely great food and service. I will remain loyal to Dunfermline.”

  “We went here for lunch at around 3pm and we were utterly disgusted with the standard of cleanliness. The floors were coated in a greasy film, none of the tables or chairs had been wiped down. During the 35-40 mins we were there, not one member of staff cleaned anywhere! When our order was finally called out, I went to collect it and found that the staff had completely muddled up my order with someone else's. The staff wouldn't even sort the issue and I and the other customer had to sort the mess out. I deeply recommend to anyone thinking of dining here, DON'T! It's disgusting, they mess up the order, the staff have absolutely no care or respect for the customers. This place is unprofessional, unclean and wildly disappointing. Not to mention the toilets are appallingly dirty. The smell is horrendous and they clearly don't get cleaned very much if at all. Disgusting!”

  “Dunfermline KFC is disgusting. Bins were overflowing. Rubbish left on multiple tables (some by staff after their break). Packaging, food and napkins on the floor all over the restaurant. Air conditioning made most of the restaurant uncomfortable to sit at the tables - was warmer outside. Would not recommend. Stopped here out of necessity.”

  “Edit: went here again. It was no fluke. Still to this day the tastiest chicken than any other kfc I have been to. Maybe I got there on a good day but the chicken tasted the best ever on any kfc. Juicy and well with the spice. Downside was the softer fries. Also they should have some soundproofing since it gets very loud in the restaurant. On the upside it was good and a sleeper surprise since I expected it to be a little bland but was very flavourful and tasty.”

  “Well to start with be careful setting foot I here. The floors are so slippy I think they wash the with cooking oil and not a single warning of the floors being slippy to be found anywhere. If your are sitting in, be prepared to have to wipe down your own table. I don't the the staff have wiped the tables since February 2018. The food and service is about a good as you can expect from a KFC. Not in any hurry to get back to this restaurant.”
