“Walked in to order. One guy from staff was siting by the desk talking on his phone. Was waiting at the counter for about 10min, no one came to me. At that point as asked him if they are open , but he just kept talking on his phone. Only when I walked out he came running after and said sorry. Of course I didn’t go.”

“Would give 0 if possible. Ordered from Just Eat specifying to call on arrival, they did not call so they could not find us. Called the restaurant who hung up straight away first time I said I did not get my order, I then called on a different number and they had said they tried calling 10x and the number was wrong that would have to wait for the next driver to deliver again. After call ended I checked and the number was correct, they then called me back to state they called 10x again then when i said no they did not they shouted at me to go get a refund from just eat, rude and bad mannered wont be recommending anyone order online from here.”

“So I’ve never been to this place before and called up for delivery, first of all the guy who answered was so RUDE! Didnt answer any of my questions and hung up the phone the order EVENTUALLY came and the shop didnt listen to anything! The food was mediocre and bland, also forgot the chips and a milkshake but had the cheek to charge me for food I’d not even received yet! They finally came back with the other items all in all the worst takeaway experience I’ve had! And the chips came with the wrap I ordered it says so on the menu so they was not free fact is you messed up and the food is gross 🤢”

“Called at 11.15pm & asked if they were still delivering, to be told yes. So I ordered a pizza to my workplace, which is only 4 minutes away but I can’t leave the premises. Anyway, I can’t comment on the food, as it never turned up. No phone call or anything to let me know. And by the time I realised it wasn’t coming, everywhere else had closed. First & last time ordering from there. Though tbh, if their food is anything like the service, they probably did me a favour.”

“Ordered off uber eats, your delivery driver was extremely rude. Refused to look at delivery instructions and then proceeded to accuse me of putting the wrong address in. Had to walk down the street to find him. Really unprofessional to say I order from you all the time. No one else has the issue of finding our home.”
