“We always used to order from Bella Pizza, but tonight we ordered a pepperoni however it came with peppers? We have had people round who are allergic, addressed this to the manger who was significantly rude and told me “merry Christmas” as he ended the phone. Incredibly rude and will not be ordering again, years worth of trust in this pizzeria broken. Disgusting service from the manager when addressing an issue when years worth of pepperoni pizza which never had peppers in!”
