  “The pizza itself was good even cold, no complaints there. The chips are not that special, a bit dry, but they're part of the meal deal, so I don't pay much attention to them. However I ordered via the website, a few minutes after 6pm. During checkout I put the delivery time for 7pm - which is even stated on the confirmation email I received a minute later. But in the end they delivered the pizza at 6:30 already... half an hour early... we're lucky my dad was already home and could take the delivery - but my mom and I only arrived five to 7, so obviously it was already cold by then. What is even the point of offering delivery to specific times when you ignore it and deliver immediately anyway?? Disappointed. Will not order again.”

  “Amazing customer service and nothing is ever too much. I call here 3 to 4 times a week for over 4 years and not once had a bad meal. Hassan is so polite and atentive in person and over the phone. All the staff are always helpfull and go out of there way even dtay open whem i am running late from work and multiple timrs delivered food to me when fishing out of their delivery range would recomed to everyone”

  “Random find after finishing work , wanted a quick easy meal and found this gem of a takeaway. Workers very friendly and welcoming. Food was unreal and very reasonably priced!!”

  “You order from somewhere or asks to to leave a message. I ordered a burger. Clearly put salad but no red cabbage. Came plain, I am fuming. Not first time this week order was wrong. Need a new takeaway I think”

  “STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS… absolutely disgusting and appalling behaviour. THEY TOOK MY MONEY… I brought a large single spaghetti Bolognese with pasta… and a separate bag of chips for me my boys! What came to our door was a small portion of chips covered in cheese with bag paper in the cheese! When I explain this is NOT my order…over the phone, they told me over the phone ITS WHAT I ORDERER. they were rude and didn’t help or listen to me… and EVEN they refuse to give me my money back!!! Absolute disgusting!!! STAY AWAY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

  “Ordered 2 nights in a row. Food is lovely and specific instructions are followed. Tonight we received a courtesy call to let us know the order would be with us in 15 minutes. A bottle of pop was forgotten, as we were the last order we agreed to call the takeaway in the morning but within 10 minutes (presumably) the owner delivered the forgotten bottle with sincere apologies. Above and beyond service and amazing food.”

  “Ordered when it first opened that day got fried chicken from the day before very greasy like eating boot leather never again. When It came it was dark brown no wonder it took 15 minutes for delivery. NEVER AGAIN”
