I ordered chili sauce but didn't get it, and it took ages to arrive. When I called to complain, the response was, "Why didn't you contact the driver immediately?"—but what driver?   “Had a take away delivery today 24/06/2026 and the order was completely wrong The wife rang and said we want a refund The guy said I can’t until the boss was in so we said ok By the way this was £18 for a triple burger and a chicken southern fried chicken It came and was a donner kebab no chips no salad A chicken burger with dead chips The chicken burger was like dead the chips were like a day old We rang back and said are you picking the food up they said we can send the correct order out we said no we want a refund Then I said again are you coming to pick the food up they said no YOU can eat it or put it in the bin … I would not feed this to my pets So yes pizza range it’s in the bin if you can be arsed to see the product you have served … For £18 do you really think that being a customer that in the first instance the order was completely wrong and when I rang back and said are you picking the delivery up ! YOU said the above ☝️ and then put the phone down on me That actually says a lot about customer relations to add to this they have offered £8.50 back for an £18 meal that’s actually not edible if anyone knows how to add pictures on a review that would be great”

  “I ordered a 10-inch pizza with doner meat, salami, mushrooms, and jalapeños. Upon delivery, the pizza contained almost no doner meat on one side. I have been a customer for the past ten years, and when I raised this concern, I was told that if I was not satisfied, I should order from elsewhere. This response was highly disappointing and reflects poor customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be placing any further orders.”

  “I ordered the chicken shish in a wrap, and it was fresh and tasty.The chilli sauce had just the right amount of kick to it as well. My mate had the bacon cheeseburger with paprika chips, which he said was really nice as well. Well recommended 👌🏼”

  “Me and my family have ordered from here a few times, I ordered a meal deal with a 14 inch pizza, chips and 2 can of drink it took an hour an half to arrive and I didn’t receive my drink, the food was stone cold and chips soggy, NOT only that but as I opened my front door the delivery driver wasn’t even stood at my door but at my fruit tree picking fruit off the tea, this is absolutely disgusting not only is it disrespectful going onto peoples property and picking things from there garden but squishing it in his hand while he’s giving out food to customers!!!! Not happy !”

  “Always my favourite place to get my pizzas from and cheesey chip wraps . The pizza taste amazing definitely not like card bored like some place ive been they are just cooked right perfect, really enjoy there food need to try some more things , staff are friendly so clean and tidy and welcoming place all smiles and laughter good vibe ,ive became a regular ... and delivery's are always good hot food that's looks fab and cheap delivery way better then getting a mc Donald's would give it 10 stars 🌟 . Cant recommend them enough”
