About Jamaica Blue Doncaster
Jamaica Blue Doncaster is a cafe in Doncaster, at Unit 20a, built around coffee beans sourced from the Blue Mountains of Jamaica. Those beans go into the Blue Mountain Roast and the Signature Blend, so a drinker can choose between two coffees with a stated origin, and the coffee comes with latte-art designs on top. The all-day menu starts with breakfast, where pancakes and a big breakfast sit alongside poached eggs and granola. For a later meal, the kitchen makes a chicken tikka sandwich. Tea drinkers get loose leaf English breakfast tea served in a tea pot. Customers order at the counter, so a line can form there.

Customer Review Summary
Coffee draws the most praise, from an extra hot latte at no extra charge to a large cappuccino called excellent, and several reviewers mention the designs on top of their drinks. English breakfast tea also arrives loose leaf in a teapot. Food sits close behind: the chicken tikka sandwich is called fresh and delicious where similar sandwiches tend to be dry, the mushrooms on toast are described as the best one reviewer has had, and others single out poached eggs, granola and pancakes. Staff are repeatedly called friendly and welcoming, and a few note a quick-moving line or a busy room handled well. The complaints are about cost and speed. Two reviewers find it pricey, one saying a big breakfast with a cappuccino was nice but nothing special for the money. Another waited a long time for food and had to ask a second team member for an update after the first never came back. Still, one regular's order of an extra hot latte came out very hot, with lovely art on top.

“I came in today, although it was busy, the staff managed the work load well and stayed positive. The two young ladies on the coffee machine did a great job. I ordered an extra hot latte, with no extra charges. It had lovely art and the drink was very hot just as I like. Will definitely be coming back again. The atmosphere was pleasant and all the staff were amazing.”
