About Biscuit Billy's (Doncaster)
On Silver St in Doncaster, Biscuit Billy's is a pub where a DJ plays music and takes requests from the room. The playlist draws on old music, which gives guests songs to sing along to and a reason to get up and dance. A small dance floor sits near the DJ, and the sound runs loud and carries on late into the night. Drinks offers are on at the bar, where customers queue to be served. Bouncers work the door alongside the bar staff. The pub sits at 8 Silver St.

Customer Review Summary
The atmosphere built around the DJ's music is what reviewers raise most, with several describing floor filling tunes, old music to sing and dance along to, and a DJ happy to take requests. A small dance floor near the decks gets crowded and loud, which one reviewer accepts as part of a cracking night out. Close behind is the bar staff, called friendly and lovely, with one first timer noting quick, efficient service even in a busy queue. Drinks offers are described as really good value, and a race day visitor who called in on the way to the train station found everyone having a great time. Locals are called friendly and welcoming. On the downside, one reviewer found the floor sticky later in the evening after bottles were dropped and the bar was too busy to clear up, and another complains that loud music runs well past official opening hours with the doors left open, keeping people awake. One regular asks for a dedicated karaoke hour.

“There needs to be some sort of scientific study into the gravitational pull Biscuit Billy’s has on my soul. If I do not enter that building on a night out, what’s even the point of going out? What’s a night out without Biscuit Billy’s? A failed one! You could offer me somewhere brand new that I’ve never been before or Biscuit Billy’s for the 700th time and unfortunately I will be walking through those doors again. It’s one of the few places in Doncaster consistently carrying the vibes, atmosphere, music and good service and, most importantly, the gossip in the toilets is always absolutely phenomenal. 😃 My only request: karaoke. Even just one dedicated hour. Give the people what they want (I am the people). Anyway, 10/10. I fear Biscuit Billy’s has me in a chokehold and I have absolutely no desire to escape. Love you biscuits 🫶🏻”

“Horrible establishment, keeps everyone awake with its obnoxious loud music which they play much later than their official opening hours, without even closing the doors to be at least a little bit considerate to the rest of the public. Would give 0 stars if I could.”

“Never been in this pub before and yes its ok however purchased a jack Daniel’s and coke went outside to talk to a friend I’ve not seen for a long time came back in, in less than 5 mins and my drink had gone, I aproched the glass collector and denied that he had removed it I complained to the bar staff and all I received was denial and bad customer service no apology just pure disgusting customer service, I won’t be going there again”

“We went to Doncaster races and happened to spot a bar that was rocking on the way back to the train station. We called in and I'm so glad we did. What a fantastic atmosphere. The DJ was banging out some floor filling tunes and everyone was having a great time. All the staff were lovely and the service was bang on. If you ever go to "Donny" you must give it a try. .”
