  “I usually don’t write negative reviews but this time I am so “hangry” that I had to. Have been waiting for 3 hours now. They keep saying it’s coming and it’s bedtime now we still haven’t got our dinner. Appalling service. Never again.”

  “Unfortunately, not a reliable takeaway. Have given it the benefit of growing doubt over the years, but no longer. My most recent order never arrived and no one answered the phone after I chase up its whereabouts after two (2) hours. Say no more.”

  “Amazing customer service. There was a small mistake in our order. They asked if we wanted refund or replacement. We asked for replacement and instead they send both replacement, additional items and refund.”

  “Excellent Chinese takeaway and on a Tuesday, quality excellent, big portions, asked for extra chilli and by heck did they deliver that! Free prawn crackers, absolute win win, visiting the area but would definitely use again, used the app and collected 👍”

  “Really nice Chinese, the Reception is very polite and willing to help, The chef had just cooked amazing meal, just the way I like it extra Spicy, had not had a Chinese like that for a long time that food is amazing, I will definitely be a regular customer. Thank you so much for the nice food.”

  “Have never had food this bad, delivered cold, all re-heated spare ribs so hard could not eat, same as pancake roll. The prawn with ginger had 5 prawns no ginger the rest all onion and cold, even the pineapple fritters was not eatable, have wasted £32 pounds on this rubbish would not give this to a dog. So mad they could not care less, chief needs sacking.”

  “Never again, What I think was plastic found in food sauce 🤮 On contracting them they seem to think this was not an issue and came off the packaging I explained it was in the sauce and most definitely a issue, but they didn't want to know, pic forward to H&S local authority”
