“Staff came to my house after delivering the wrong food and was volatile and abusive to my daughter shouting at her”

“Can't comment on atmosphere as i got a delivery but everything arrived hot and beautiful. Loads of food for the money I spent and good communication. Oh and delivery driver was pleasant and professional. They respected my property and delivered within the timescale.”

“I should have looked at the reviews. I saw they were highly rated on Justeat and ordered form them. The food never arrived and just like many other comments here when I called to enquire about the order a man shouted at me down the phone claiming I was lying and then put the 'delivery woman' on the phone and she lied directly to me stating she'd been to my house and handed the food to a man”

“DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Ordered at 6,at 7:30 still not on the hob. Ridiculous time to wait. Big argument with them over the phone regarding the wait time” we are very busy” Very rude as well. They cancelled the order, not sure if we’ll get our money back!”

“I can not fault the food one bit it’s been lovely both times we have ordered, first time I ordered we waited an hour and half… that’s fine I expect that as a wait time and the food was beautiful so we decided to make these guys our regulars for ordering, so last night we placed our second order with them, we ordered at 7:07 and our food came at 9:45 so over 2 and a half hours which is ridiculous, constructive feedback to owners would be to get the wait times improved or don’t take as many orders and cater in good time to those who ordered, I do think 2 and half hours is to long to be waiting for a take away but i appreciate they may of been very busy, the man was apologetic when I called, it won’t put me off ordering again I just know next time to place an order a lot earlier to ensure I get it around 8:30 mark. I’ll still give 5 stars because the food really was delicious they definitely have that part perfected!”

“Although a bit late the food was great. Especially the Beef Chow mein and the spare ribs in a honey sauce. Very filling.”

“Sorry to say but the food was so disappointing tonight, after over a 2 hour wait for delivery the curry we ordered was so salty it was inedible after a few mouthfuls, and given that it was poured over the rest our meal meant it was all spoilt. Please get your chefs to taste the food they send out.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !! Food is always lovely however the service is appalling. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience hence why im writing this review. First time I’d ordered, it took 1 hr 50 stated delivered online when I rang up I was obviously unhappy the customer service was shocking, arguing down the phone with me that I need to understand it’s busy. I get it but 2 hours is a piss take. This time I’ve only ordered chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein (pregnancy cravings) I’d ordered it at 8.32pm it said estimated delivery time 50-65 mins. I left it until 10pm as it’s a Saturday they’re probably busy, when ringing the man said they had no order for my address even though it had been confirmed by the restaurant online and I’d already paid £19.40 for a small order. He said we only deliver minimum £10 I said I’ve paid almost £20 and it said it was on its way! During phone call he realised they had “missed it” and that sometimes the system does this. Pathetic excuse. 20 mins later the food has been delivered but I won’t be using this Chinese anymore. Used to be excellent service years ago it’s gone right downhill so don’t order unless you’re expecting to wait 2 hours for food !!!!”

“This is my new go to Chinese, we always used sun luck but since it closed, tried many different takeaways but never found a good one, so just gave having Chinese. We gave this a try as my niece said it was nice, she wasn't wrong, food is lovely never had a bad meal yet, owner's are lovely and friendly, I usually call in on way home from work, so have never had a delivery, I never order from anywhere for delivery as I know you wait an age. There is always space outside shop to park.”

“For a few months they no longer have a person working exclusively on the front counter. Service has been slow as a result but I was always happy to wait. Tonight I was told I would need to wait at least 20 minutes...... To actually place an order...... which would have taken about 30 seconds to process. Disappointing and I won't be returning in the future. No idea why they are soldiering on without a front counter employee.”
