“Yings is very special. Great care is taken in the purchase of the ingredients and in their preparation. The food is always beautifully cooked and as it's a takeaway they take care with the packaging ensuring everything stays piping hot. I'm also very impressed with the hygiene at Yings. “This is the first time I’ve ordered from Yings and to be brutally honest it’s the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Chicken chow mien, the chicken pieces were overcooked and the texture was like eating chewing fatty well done steak. Chicken peaking style was exactly what it was named, a style of peaking chicken that had no resemblance to peaking chicken. Guys I’m not one to usually review but this food was absolutely awful. Sorry but it doesn’t allow me to give 0 stars - so it’s a over deserved 1”

“Just had a takeaway from here and it was to say the least horrid. The sezchuan beef was off .the rice was old , the chow mean wasn't chow mein and wasn't nice at all . I normally review fairly but just can't find a good chinese in darlington.”
