About Shoreline Bar & Lounge - Cromer
Shoreline Bar & Lounge is a cocktail bar and coffee shop at 17 & 19 Church St in Cromer, a few steps from the sea. It is open daily and starts the morning with coffee, then shifts through the day to cocktails, beer and food, so a single venue covers a morning drink and an evening out. The cocktail list runs from the Ginger Margarita to Matcha In Heaven, and the taps carry a rotating selection of beer alongside guest beers. On the food side, the kitchen serves pizzas and a charcuterie board. Dogs are welcome inside, and the bar hosts a quiz night.

Customer Review Summary
Cocktails draw the most praise, with reviewers pointing to a seaside sizzle and an espresso martini, and describing a relaxed spot where one drink turns into an evening. Pizzas come up close behind and are called good, though one reviewer found the crust a bit burned. Others mention a new charcuterie board, a good selection of beer on tap and guest beers, and a chai latte and dark chocolate brownie. Several note it is dog friendly and a short walk from the sea, and a few credit a new manager and friendly, smiling staff. The one critical review is detailed: a margarita described as very disappointing, unpleasant olives, a vegan pizza with barely any cheese, and a waitress who made the table feel like an inconvenience. That reviewer skipped a second round after the empty glasses were cleared and nobody asked if they wanted anything else.

“Great hangout venue in the Gem on the North Norfolk Coast. Good atmosphere and Brick Pizza's from Norwich. Good cockatils too and dog friendly! Perect chill after a walk on the NN coast or a casual evening with friends.”

“Brilliant little spot right in the heart of Cromer. Great cocktails, tasty pizzas, and a genuinely warm atmosphere. The kind of place you pop in for one drink and end up staying all evening. Dog-friendly too — what more could you want? Highly recommend!”

“Came across this place whilst walking around Cromer and thought cocktails and pizza sounded like a great idea. I had a seaside sizzle which was lovely, but my partner's margarita was very disappointing. The olives we ordered were really unpleasant, nocerella olives are much nicer! The pizzas were fine. Vegan pizza was nothing special, barely any cheese on it. The waitress made us feel like an inconvenience. We were going to order another round of drinks after finishing our food but when our empty glasses were cleared away and we weren't asked if we wanted anything else, we decided not to spend any more of our money. It's a really nice venue but service and food and drinks definitely needs reworking.”

“Nice little Cromer gem. Glad we were able to visit! Pizza was very nice but had a bit burned crust. Grrat service, cozy atmosphere. If your visiting Cromer make sure you pop in there for a cocktail or two 🍹😅”
- Shaynee Taylor
“Lovely little dog friendly spot in Cromer — relaxed, friendly and just a few steps from the sea. Great atmosphere, good drinks, and a really nice mix of coffee, cocktails, beer and food depending on the time of day. The staff were welcoming and it felt like exactly the kind of independent place Cromer needs. Would definitely recommend and will happily come back.”
