  “Very disappointed with the poor customer service. We attended as a large family booking. Manager Anita was rude and had attitude. The server provided the young kids with an extra icrcream cup and they ofcourse used it. Then she demanded that we paid for it. Even though it wasn't ordered by us. She also had an issue with the kids sharing their refillable drink. Spent over a £60 happily for a basic meal. Yet the £4 or so for the icecream we hadn't asked for was more frustrating. And more disappointed in the manner that the msg was relayed.”

  “Dryest Chicken Ever Terrible! Old chicken and microwaved sides! - I know I asked for plain spice but didnt ask for Dry chicken. The food came out within a few minutes (always a bad sign) overcooked dry bland chicken check the picture inedible! My partner also got a plate with the ends of tomatoes on...check both pictures. Raised this with the first server who wanted to get the chicken out of the menu holder. She said nothing and took the chicken holder away. My mash potato had clearly been microwaved with a crust round the edge.. no flavour. Garlic bread tasted just of bread rolls.. absolutely embarassing not cheap either £48 spent with 2 meals and 2 sides... Then when a server came to take the chicken away i told them it was the worst chicken iv ever eaten, dry! The server was apologetic took it back to her manager then came back with - we can offer you a free dessert, cant refund your meal... so took the 'free dessert' again a cake from frozen you can tell. There were dirty tables pretty much all around us with screaming kids, appreciate nothing can be done about the last bit. But yes Nandos specialising in chicken, very embarassing, a well taught lesson on how not to cook chicken! Simply awful, to top it off the manager'ess gave us a dirty look when we left, incredible way to treat your customers, perhaps next time have the courage as a manager to go to the table who complained and not let a server on mininum wage take the brunt of it. But congratulations on the worst meal Iv had in a very very long time! Ill probably expect a witty reply back due to getting looked at like rubbish as we exited. But avoid avoid avoid to anyone thinking of eating here! Take a look at the pictures to provide proof of the utter rubbish Nandos are churning out.”

  “Very nice atmosphere, family friendly environment. Came here with my parents and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was very fast service and we didn’t have to wait for a table. In particular, we were served by staff member Premilla, she was extremely courteous and provided us with a great level of customer service. She answered any questions, my family and myself had. Premilla was very friendly, polite and professional, making us feel very comfortable.”

  “It was a relatively busy day. The food is always nice there, always have a huge selection on sauces. Got what we have ordered. 1 problem I had is the ordering at the table thing, as my app wasn't behaving as it should (couldnt see half the options) then the till could recognise my contactless. After that it was all lovely and yummy”

  “I recently visited Nando’s and had a really enjoyable experience.   “We came yesterday at 6pm and the queue was long but the lady that was at the door I think her name was premilla, she said the wait was 30-40 min but she got us a table under that time in around 15 min even though the restaurant was fully packed. Premilla came to our table to do a check up after a while and she also was talking so nicely to everyone and taking care of people even when it was busy. Food was also great, thank you to premilla and the whole team for providing amazing service!”

  “The chicken was not cooked so well. It’s meant to be chargrilled as it shows on the photos. I asked them to cook it more or change it the manager there (?) refused to do anything about it. She goes around asking is the food is okay or if the customers are happy, if they are not she doesn’t do anything about it. This is the only Nando’s where the chicken was underdone like this.”
