Customer Review Summary
Karahi draws the most praise, with reviewers singling out the chicken kadhai, lamb kadhai and Charsi Karahi, though one notes fresh karahi takes a long time to be made. Close behind are the lamb chops, described as soft to chew, and the open charcoal grill, with lamb shish, chicken shish and a mixed kebab on rice all praised. Others name the Achari Biryani, Kabuli Palau and chapli kebab. Portions are called generous and prices fair, and several describe the staff as friendly and welcoming. Some have returned for years, and one group of 33 left happy. The criticism is sharper but less frequent. One reviewer found the mixed grill small, with two pieces of each item, and described the lamb as undercooked and hard to chew and the chicken curry as tasteless. Another reports forgotten orders, too little cutlery and staff who were rude when asked. One diner also asks for cleaner toilets. In the harshest account, drinks had to be requested five times while the table was already eating.

“The first thing the food service was horrible as we waited 20 min in the table with no drinks. The was coming every 10 min Item. While they were forgetting the Order they just took. They didn’t gave enough cutlery for everyone but if you asked them they were Rude. The things that made me irritated is that all of the people that was working there it was like talking to a tree. We asked them 5 times to bring the drinks that we ordered. We did that while we was eating. In the mean time everyone from work was having a friendly chat while we was choking. We had to pretty much do service for our self.”

“I don't know about the other dishes, but for me the chapli kebab does it. I have tried many places and this one's the best.”

“I've visited Pamirs several times over the years, and they have always been incredibly consistent with the quality of their food. One of the standout dishes is their Achari Biryani—it's genuinely one of the best biryanis I've ever had. It's perfectly cooked, packed with flavour, and honestly something I could eat every day. They also have an open charcoal grill, and every grilled dish I've tried has been absolutely delicious. The food is always fresh, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. The staff are polite, friendly, and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience. If you're looking for authentic, high-quality food, Pamirs is definitely worth a visit.”
