  “Fish n’ Fist Shop I’ve been buying from this “shop” for about five years, but yesterday was my last visit. The food has always been subpar at best, something reflected in many of the poor reviews and photos on Google but I continued going out of convenience. I ordered a small portion of fries and was served by three young staff members: one took the order, one prepared it, and another helped with condiments. As usual, the portion was tiny, so I asked for a large and paid the difference. Even then, the serving was still small and definitely not worth what was charged. I asked to speak with the manager, who I believe is also the owner. He initially acknowledged that the portion size was not large saying it was one of the young staff’s first day, and told them to add more fries. However, he then muttered that there was “no need to be rude.” I calmly explained that I wasn’t being rude, just giving feedback, and mentioned that the girl who served me was actually quite curt. He responded by saying, “If you want to be rude, I’ll show you what rude is”,as if he would violently respond to my complaint with some sort of physical violence. I was shocked by his unprofessional and threatening behavior, especially from someone managing the business. I told him I’d been a loyal customer for years but wouldn’t be returning. His response was simply, “That’s fine.” Between the poor customer service and consistently low-quality food, I can’t see myself returning and I wouldn’t be surprised if this place doesn’t last much longer under its “current management” I run a hospitality business and if any of our team members responded to a customer complaint in the same way he did, that would be their last day working with us. I do not expect the manager cares about this or any other review as they clearly do not respond to any, even acknowledging the few positive ones they have.”

  “Was not able to give a 0 rating which Is what I would have liked to give.Ordered a delivery last night did not arrive no one answered phone the money is pending atm.”
