  “If you ask for extra meat through the app, the only way to ensure you actually get extra meat is to ring the shop and ask for it. However, the delivery service is fantastic! Always delivered within half an hour if not sooner. The food is always hot, fresh and as tasty as it has been since the restaurant opened. Dominos is a failsafe option in our house.”

  “Ordered food at 8, app said order was delayed, which is fine. Finally left the store at 8.50 and arrived at 9pm. Everything was cold. The food had been made far too early and been left sitting on the shelf. Not good whatsoever. Was offered a remake but that could take another hour settled for a coupon, but what use is that when you have to use on full price items and can't use on deals. Very poor from such a big name.”

  “As someone diagnosed with celiac disease, I have had the gluten free texas bbq pizza from dominos multiple times, including from the Coleraine store and to be honest they have never been great. However, I ordered a gluten free texas bbq pizza tonight from the Coleraine store and the pizza was absolutely beautiful so to who ever made my pizza tonight around (11.50pm) you done a brilliant job👏🏼 thanks so much!”

  “Multiple sneaky price rises in the last few weeks...e.g. "premium sides", potato wedges are now 6 quid. Used to love it as an occasional treat, but it is really wandering into rip-off territory now”

  “Ordered a big dip and it didn’t come so we rang and they said they would drop it off quickly instead of refunding us and we waited a hour for the dip never arrived then we had to eat the pizza cold. Never refunded us after they never sent the dip either. WASTE of time and money. NEVER ordering from here AGAIN.!!!!”

  “Last time I ordered from here a member is staff called and said they had no more stuffed crust and that I would get a refund. Never received the refund. Called the store and the member is staff huffed and puffed when I told him of the issue, I then asked to speak to a manger as he was being very rude. The manager said we would receive a refund to our bank account. They still have not refunded me. This is shocking. Not ordering here again. I have been going here for about 20 years.”

  “We ordered 3 large pizzas, stuffed crust, they were a tad raw on it. I haven't ordered out of Coleraine shop in 3 years because there is always a problem. Disappointed”

  “Big fan of pizza. Not usually a Domino's fan. However, have to say Saturday night's grub was good! We received a leaflet through our door to say it was under new ownership and a voucher code for £5 off our next collection . They also had an offer of any size pizza for £6.99. Dinner = sorted! Booked online for 7pm collection. Was about 7.15pm by the time our food was ready as it was SUPER busy! Steady stream of customers in and out. Staff were friendly. Ordered the vegetarian pizza which was really tasty. Much better than I remember Domino's to be. Also got wedges, garlic pizza and a coke (£6 deal) Everything was really tasty but had to reheat our stuff when we got home (literally a 5 min drive) Yes I was happy with my food, but would only be inclined to go if they've a deal on.”
