“Excellent vegan cuisine by the sea. There were three vegan main course options, of which we tried the Moroccan chickpea stew and the falafel burger. They were excellent, alongside the wonderful baby potatoes as a side dish. Vegan starters included red pepper arancini (rice balls), and soup of the day (this changes, ask if vegan). The panoramic view of the sea from the restaurant was a delight too.”

“Staying At Portrush for a few nights. 3 of us went to The Tides for dinner. We hadn't booked and they were quite busy but found us a table with great views of the coast. Good menu choices, fast & friendly service and food was really good. Starter or main included in the price of the main meal. Would definitely visit again.”
