“I appreciate that it is a very busy Nando's. Unfortunately, our food was left sitting there and when it was brought over the food was cold. We watched people arrive after us, eat and leave before we were served our food. There were staff who appeared disorganised. The manager on shift was very apologetic and he went over and recooked our order. The food came out hot and well cooked and tasted good too. I would rate that food a five, he knew what he was doing. Your team let you down on this day. Will visit again when in the area to see how things go.”

The attitude of one particular staff member (Jack I believe his name is) is always uplifting and bright, making our experience even nicer. “Lovely nandos , always polite staff , can expect to queue on busy days but always worth it. Always clean and quick service. Could do with more than 2 ladies toilets as always a queue. Also had a negative experience with a lady and her daughter judging us and the staff but nothing against the restaurant”
