About North Hill Noodle Bar
On North Hill in Colchester, North Hill Noodle Bar is a Chinese and Thai restaurant set back from the street behind a takeaway-style front. Inside, the room is small and relaxed, with a steady pace that lets meals stretch out. The menu centres on noodle dishes drawn from both Chinese and Thai traditions, covering familiar curries, stir-fries and soups alongside rice plates. Service runs on a walk-in basis, with no reservations taken, and the kitchen sends out portions aimed at good value. The counter handles both eat-in and takeaway orders from the same short list, and the room seats a modest number of covers close together. It opens through the week for lunch and dinner service.
